Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TRCGATEWAY.COM ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What we do
TRCGATEWAY.COM is software that helps businesses accept stablecoins (USDT and USDC) on public blockchains: TRON, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum and Base. We create payment requests, show customers where and how much to pay, watch the blockchain and tell the business when a payment arrives.
We are non-custodial: customer payments go straight from the customer to the business’s own wallet. We never receive, hold, move or convert anyone’s funds. We are not a bank, an exchange, an escrow service or a money transmitter.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information, be at least 18 and be able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for everything done with your account, so keep your password safe; we recommend turning on two-step verification.
One receiving wallet belongs to one account. We may refuse, limit or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
3. Wallets and payments
You alone control your wallet and its recovery phrase. We can never recover lost keys or reverse a blockchain transfer.
Payments are recognised when the exact requested amount reaches the wallet in one of the coins and on one of the networks offered at checkout. Transfers with a different amount, in another coin, on another network or to another address may not be recognised automatically; we are not responsible for them, though our tools may help you match them by hand.
Confirmation times depend on each blockchain network and its data providers (such as TronGrid and public RPC nodes), which we do not control.
4. Fees
Our fee is taken from a prepaid fee balance, not from your payments. The plan you are on decides it: Free — no monthly fee, 0.5% of each paid invoice, minimum 0.10 USDT; Pro — 29.00 USDT/month, 0.2% of each paid invoice, minimum 0.10 USDT; Business — 79.00 USDT/month, 0.1% of each paid invoice, minimum 0.10 USDT. A monthly plan fee is charged from the same prepaid balance when the plan starts and at each renewal; if the balance cannot cover a renewal the account simply returns to the free plan and keeps trading. Your current plan and fee are always shown in Billing. We may change fees with notice; the new fee applies to invoices created afterwards.
Top-ups are used only to pay our fees and are not refundable, except where the law requires it or at our discretion. Promotional credit has no cash value. New invoices may be paused when your balance is used up.
5. Your responsibilities as a business
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your customers, including tax, consumer protection, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and the rules on accepting crypto-assets in your country.
You deal directly with your customers: delivering what you sell, refunds and disputes are yours to handle. Blockchain payments have no chargebacks.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use the service for anything illegal, including: fraud or scams; money laundering or terrorist financing; persons, entities or countries under sanctions; illegal drugs, weapons or counterfeit goods; gambling, adult content or other regulated activities where they are not allowed; content that infringes others’ rights; pyramid or Ponzi schemes.
You may not attack, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or other users, or create accounts to get around limits or bans.
7. Affiliate program
Affiliates earn a share of the fee we actually collect — paid from real top-ups — from businesses they refer, at the rate and for the period shown in the program. Promotional credit and unpaid fees earn nothing.
Withdrawals are reviewed and paid in USDT to the wallet you set; the network fee shown is deducted. Self-referral, fake accounts or other abuse forfeit commissions. We may change or end the program; earnings already confirmed remain payable.
8. Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on third parties such as blockchain networks and their data providers.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, the value of USDT, USDC or any other token, blockchain or network failures, or losses caused by a compromised wallet, password or device.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Suspension and closing
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account to protect users, comply with the law or enforce these terms. Payments already sent to your wallet stay yours.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the dashboard. Using the service afterwards means you accept them.
